first day out with the boys, my car trunk was filled with stuff, two car seats and a whole load of prep, all just to go to my moms, lol. It will get better right?

forgot I had to go to an event, rushed out with Bali for the whole day in the mad afternoon heat, put makeup while driving to speed things up.

Get out of there to notice that my teeth have lipstick stains, I have boogers in my nose and sweat patches on my outfit from the constant hot flashes I keep getting 🫣🫠🥴🙋🏻‍♀️

Just a little reminder to breathe and look at yourself in the mirror before meeting people 👍🏼✌🏼

my little best friend 🥹♥️

Taking in our last few weeks as just the two of us. I’ve been spending all my time with him, making as many memories as possible, lots of cuddles, dancing, playing, meal times and everything in between. It’s such a bittersweet feeling, to know that our dynamic is going to change so much so soon but we can’t wait to meet our little lion 🦁👼🏻

Also, damn I’ve been getting NERVOUS about this 2 under 2 situation hard.

leaps and changes and growth, we get somewhere and I finally feel like I’m getting a grip of this motherhood thing and then again we deal with something new. New feelings, new experiences, new emotions, new challenges that lead to so much more education, growth and compassion.

It’s also been a little hard to cope with his mental growth and my physical growth, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed, very emotional, quite lonely and even though I have a village of support around me somehow it sometimes feels like there is no one. Is it a mom thing to just feel isolated form time to time?

family day at the mall, omg, I forgot it was the weekend and did not anticipate the crowd. So no play area, we just walked around the alleys for bali to expend some energy, so he sleeps better. We had a meltdown, some crying, lots of very cute hellos to strangers, a little shopping. Overall, quite cute 🐒
