I co-led an art therapy group on Friday and of course participated with them. In this activity, the group is asked to identify a feeling they want less often and a feeling they want more often. They identify colors that go with that feeling and then use a marble to “paint” the picture.

Mine, the feeling I want less often (top) was disappointment in not getting the loot I needed. The bottom, in contrast, was excitement of getting loot. Haha. Looking back, I wish I had used some green in my top one because 1) I’m still wearing a green chest piece and 2) green signifies envy which I feel when someone else gets the loot I want.

Last week was difficult, getting bad news, extra long days at work, and trying to help a guy so badly burned, he ended up dying a few hours later. I only had a few moments I fell apart this time. It’s all good.

I am hoping to practice some self-care tomorrow by streaming! See y’all then!
