I made some Mexican rice for my birthday dinner tomorrow along with a pot of black beans and tofu chorizo. I’ll have a taco bar with tortillas and lots of toppings. This rice was made with my special Massa Organics brown rice and it has a nutty and chewy texture I love. Perfect way to use my garden onions, garlic and tomatoes.
