Digital wellness ✨🧘🏽‍♀️💕🧖🏼‍♀️

It very much brings a " " mentality or aesthetic to mind, doesn't it?!

Since this is somewhat of a hot topic right now, we wanted to chat about it on the podcast this week.

While at first glance, digital wellness and digital consumption don't seem like they have anything to do with careers, they 100% do- ESPECIALLY at an age when many of our jobs are reliant on computers, the internet, etc.

Now although we completely advocate for digital wellness and breaks from social media, we are NOT perfect and truthfully haven't figured out how to sustainably incorporate this practice into our own lives.

But hey! We're here to start the conversation and find ways to make digital wellness as part of our normal routines.

I am seriously so thankful to have met you at . Who knew that just a couple months after meeting we'd be battling a pandemic, job shortage AND starting a podcast together!

You quickly became one of my favorite people and someone I can always count on. Whether that's a good laugh, someone to spell check my HORRIFIC spelling, complain about life or drink wine in our PJ's on an IG Live, you're my girl.

Your favorite is back and better than ever! We missed you all, but we're so glad we took our own advice and to take a break.

Between graduating in a pandemic, job hunting, starting/maintaining the , getting jobs, and one of us moving to a new city- this past year has been a whirlwind of activity. So naturally, we kind of needed to rest....even though our type-A personalities really have a hard time with that lol.

Anyways, we're so happy to be back and to create meaningful content that will help ALL of us crush it in the early stages of our careers. Follow along and let us know what early-career questions you want answers to!

OOOF it has been a haute minute since we posted. But in all honesty, we both needed a break.

Between starting our jobs last year and keeping up the podcast, we're were frankly exhausted and edging close to a burnout (hence TikTok reference 😜)! So we decided to take our own advice and take time to rest.

Now that we're well-rested, we're ready to start ! Stay tuned, next Monday we're releasing our new episode!

And what a year it has been!!!

From sharing our job hunting stories early in the pandemic, to interviewing 25 incredible guests to growing a supportive community, we are BEYOND grateful for this podcast! It truly brought some unknown opportunities our way and we are so thankful for the amazing people who helped make it happen.

WE GRADUATED👩🏽‍🎓👩🏼‍🎓

~again~ this week!

What a surreal feeling it was to FINALLY walk with the on Tuesday! We are SO PROUD to be part of this resilient, diligent and unforgettable class of graduates.

There is and *hopefully* never will be another class that have to go through the pain and uncertainty that we had to endure graduating into some of the darkest days of the pandemic last year.

However, even in our postponed celebrations, we know and acknowledge that for many of us 2020 graduates, we're still feeling the brunt of overcoming the hurdles caused by the past year. We see you and we're with you.

- we are so excited for you! Thankfully, it looks like your graduating into much different circumstances than even a year ago. We have three words of wisdom in this time- CELEBRATE, rest, and lean in to your career/job hunt.
