Women and girls with disabilities form a group of minority people whose rights and voices are frequently trampled upon. With the support from UNESCO through its Spotlight Initiative project, two organisations; NASCOH & ZIMNAHM managed to carry out workshops and form support groups in the marginalised communities to help women and girls with disabilities gain their confidence and stand up for themselves. The main areas of focus where GBV, inclusivity, harmful practices and SRHR.
