Is this message for you?

Something is coming, and you know it whether you’re ready to admit it or not. You might be ashamed of it or you might be blaming others. It might have been caused by your own neglect, your desire, your constant hunger for more. But it didn’t affect just you, did it? In fact, this drastic life change may not happen to you directly - but you still had something to do with it.

The pieces are in place. All you can do is make a plan for when it ultimately unfolds and try to figure out all this recklessness so it doesn’t do this to you again.

Strength is so often seen as keeping your emotions bottled up, putting on a fake smile, acting like nothing’s wrong. But I think real strength is letting yourself feel those emotions. It’s facing whatever scares you, even grief and heartbreak. Strength can be crying or laughing or yelling or sleeping.

It’s ok to not be ok. If your world feels like it stopped, if it feels like there’s no way to go on - let it out. Strength is letting yourself be weak.

You’re still feeling so weighed down and defeated. No matter what you do, you can’t shake these thoughts. So just take them with you for now! You can’t let this heaviness keep you stuck any longer. Pack it up, move on, and deal with it later. You might be surprised how much weight is lifted when you remove yourself from whatever situation you currently find yourself in.
