I made the Dacy Dash BLT Recipe (Discovering Dacy )but I turned it into a salad!
Ingredients:
- Arugula Salad Mix
- Sliced Tomato
- Purple Onion
- Candied Bacon
- Half of an Avocado
- Chopped Pecans
- Feta Cheese
How to prepare the Candied Bacon:
-Pyure Harmless Honey šÆ
-Swerve Brown Sugar
Salad Dressing: I turned the Garlic Aioli into a dressing by adding
- Lemon Juice
-Red Wine Vinegar

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Air-fried Roasted Garlic Parmesan Chicken! š
Serving 6-8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Carbs Per Serving: 0 Net Carbs
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole Chicken
3tbs Garlic Butter
1 tbs Olive Oil
2tbs Garlic Salt
1tbs Salt/Pepper
1tbs Cajun Seasoning
1tbs Garlic Powder
1tbs Lemon Pepper
1tbs Poultry Seasoning
1tbs Paprika
1tbs Fres/ or Dried parsley
GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE:
1/4cup Grated Parmesan
2tbs Butter
1tbs Leoman Pepper or Trader's Garlic Onion
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
1tsp Fresh Parsley
PRO TIP: You can buy garlic butter already prepared at the local grocery store and Sam's Club!
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash, clean, and butterfly your chicken as pictured.
2. Heat your air fryer to 325 or the lowest setting
3. Season chicken generously and rub slightly melted garlic butter all over! Rub olive oil over chicken before placing in air fryer skin side up!
4. Cook for 40 minutes uncovered.
5. To make the basting liquid heat butter for 15 seconds and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour over chicken while in the air fryer.
6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until skin is crispy. Use more butter sauce to baste before serving!

+ Add some olive oil to make it a paste consistency
Add to the top of your salmon
+Pan sear in butter and enjoy

+ Avocado Oil
+ Sliced Avocado
+ JalapeƱo
+ Fresh Cilantro
+ Salt/Pepper to taste
+ Small amount of water

Beef Short Ribs braised in red wine š·
ā¢3-4lbs of Short Ribs
ā¢1 bottle of cheap red wine
ā¢Tomato Paste
ā¢Beef Bullion
ā¢Onion, celery, carrots
ā¢Seasonings
ā¢Butter
1. Season and sear off your ribs.
2. Set aside and add veggies.
3. Add red wine & tomato paste.
4. Beef stock (powder+water)
5. Add ribs back in and cook on low for 3-4 hours!
