✨ New Episode of Good Grief Jessi Drops Soon! ✨
Grief doesn’t clock out when you clock in. This week, I’m diving into the reality of working while grieving—the unexpected struggles, the emotional toll, and how loss changes the way we show up in our jobs. After recently losing a friend, I found myself facing another wave of grief, just as my mother’s anniversary approached. It made me reflect on those early days—when I had to keep going, even when my world felt like it had stopped.
If you’ve ever struggled to balance work and grief, this one’s for you. Tune in on March 5th! 🦋 💙

February 5th - 7 AM
We are back!
I know... It's been awhile since we last spoke. Life happens and life changes, but I never stopped thinking of you all.
I have recently accepted a new position at the Atlanta Symphony Hall and I couldn't feel happier to have started a new chapter with them. It is with a heavy heart that I have to put the podcast on pause. I am getting used to a new life, a new beginning, and a new journey. With that being said, I am still here for my Grievers and will always be living with the grief that I have shared with you all. One day I'll return to tell you how life has been and share all the details of my life since we last spoke.
Until tomorrow - much love,
Ya Girl Jessi💜
Happy Birthday, Frank!
I just got done with a reading and I was enlightened by the things my brother, Frank, shared with me about his birthday!
I am happy to announce that the first episode of season three is ready! Hope you all are ready for this wild ride!

Do you want to be a part of the making of Season Three? Here is your chance!
For each episode, I will be looking for a specific loss to talk about. If you have lost someone in that category, then head over to www.goodgriefjessi.com to fill out the "Season Three Questionnaire" under the "Get In Touch" tab for your chance to be featured on that episode!
Once you have filled out the questionnaire, please make sure to share that post on your social media. Our first category will be announced on 8/15, so be on the lookout!👀
I am excited to be talking to my peers and listeners for this season. I couldn't do this without your support and I am happy to return the favor!
Happy one year of laughs, cries, and growth! Thank you all for such an amazing journey of healing others while healing myself. To bring you all this content gives me purpose and I could not do it with your support! I look forward to many more years to come! 💚💜

Meet Dr. Joshua Black!
Dr. Joshua Black is one of the world's leading academic experts on dreams in
bereavement, which are known as grief dreams. He has focused all of his MA and
PhD research (in psychology) on investigating grief dreams and continuing
bonds from many types of loss (including prenatal loss and pet loss). Most of his
academic research and publications have specifically been on dreaming of the
deceased.
Due to the lack of academic research in this field, Dr. Black has focused his efforts
on raising awareness on grief dreams through developing a grief dreams
website (www.griefdreams.ca), online courses, consulting business, hosting the
Grief Dreams Podcast, running several social media accounts, and doing
interviews and presentations/workshops.
