At the residence of Dr. Opa Williams (EMCOAN BOT Chairman) in Surulere yesterday, Lagos where few selected leaders paid him a Condolence visit over the loss of his wife - Rev. Patricia Opa Williams.

We express our deepest condolences for this loss and pray that the Lord grant the family the grace to navigate this difficult moment.

On behalf of the members of the Board of Trustee (BOT), the Executives and all members of EMCOAN and NEMCEA Planning Committee, we wish to commiserate with the families and the entire staff of DAAR Communications of Media Mogul and Giant, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi whose passing was announced days ago.

This is a major loss to the Media Broadcast Industry in particular and Nigeria as a whole. His legacy, impact and footprint in the industry is undeniable. You shall be greatly missed.

We join millions of people globally to mourn High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, founder of DAAR Communications, and owner of African Independent Television (AIT) and RayPower.

We were at the office of the Deputy Senate President were we met his Chief of Staff-Dr. Otive Igbuzor and Special Adviser on Admin to Deputy Senate President... Mrs Estella Nwene. We are inviting the Deputy Senate President - Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege as a Special Guest of Honour for the event giving the keynote address on the opening ceremony day.

Also, we were at NTA Enterprises office where we met the Managing Director -Mr. Patrick Iro and Director of Finance, Mr. Yinusa Isiaka Ibrahim. NTACEnterprises is the Business Arm of NTA. We presented NEMCEA to them for sponsorship.
