She brought this over-slot striper to the boat with a net. Using a net can help prevent accidentally dropping the fish on the deck when landing, helping the fish to swim off strong.

So frustrating, yet so rewarding
striped bass season has officially come to an end as we finish the rest of year targeting tautog.
This was my most memorable trip of the summer with one of my favorite crews . The best part is was able to capture it all on camera. Nothing beats sharing the joy of fishing, meeting new people and making unforgettable memories. It’s the best job in the world 🎣💙
