I pray that my Father, God, brings my INNOCENT baby boy home! My son , DONOVAN PRATHER, was falsely imprisoned 23 months ago for crimes HE DID NOT COMMITT! We are fighting to save his life.He is only 21 years old and has never been in any trouble with law enforcement! He's a Christian boy with the biggest most loving heart I've ever known! He was falsely imprisoned by a vengeful young man who committed pugery on the stand! There was zero evidence or wittnesses against my son . The boy told 4 different , completely different stories on the stand! Detectives testimony DID NOT match signed affidavits. Evidence was admitted into his trial he had NEVER once been accused of possessing ,or using , to go against him. He was DENIED, his right to have his witnesses testify on his behalf! Not even allowed a Character wWitness! His attorney had no experience nor training in Criminal Law. Matter of fact ,it was his very first trial! Although he was a nice man, the fact remains he was not competent enough in Criminal Law to defend anyone. Especially someone facing a life sentence. !!! My son and his friend with him both recieved the exact same charges as they both were accused of vicious acts. They grew up together and were best friends. Both boys had NEVER broken any laws! Good boys! Anyhow, my son fought for his life , he believes in a system designed and guaranteed to protect the innocent! Despite the plea bargains offered to him, he refused to admit to crimes he DID NOT commit! Who would? He utilized his "Constitutional Right," to DUE PROCESS! Because my sweet,innocent child, age 19, decided to fight for the life that was being stolen from him , he received a 50 year sentence, with 35 years to serve day for day! Betrayed by a system designed to protect the interest of justice! Designed to protect the innocent and punish the guilty! Designed to allow every American Citizen their Constitutional Rights and enforce them! When his Innocent friend watched what they did to my son, he was absolutely terrified! Because of the injustice he'd just witnessed , he fell prey to the DAs offer to take a plea bargain. He received 2 years in the local county jail! Now, 2 innocent lives stolen from us by a broken justice system, crooked deputies,malicious prosecutors,and alleged victims committing pergury ,whom will never be punished or answer for the damage done to the one who was falsely imprisoned or their families. Damage that is unrepairable or time that can never be given back. My son had just graduated and received a scholarship to college. A young man thriving to make a difference in this world. A model citizen that has not yet even reached the legal age of a man, taken! Without question, without reason, without a chance to so much defend himself by being given a fair trial! A trial that owed him his right to defend himself against vicious allegations , his right to a competent attorney to properly stand and defend him, his right to provide witnesses on his behalf, his right to have a future that once was so bright! This child, went in an Innocent child never exposed to the cruel world of any prison or jail . He will forever be changed as he's witnessed vicious acts that can never be unseen,taken from his family for the first time ever and thrown away, still to young and innocent to understand why! We are in the process of his Appeal! Forced to have another public defender as the price a lawyer wants to take his case, is impossible to pay. Not even in a lifetime! My child has been gone 23 months . Each day in that hell, his life is put into jeopardy. I pray for God's mercy before it's to late for my son and his tomorrow doesn't come! Please pray for my Innocent son, DONOVAN PRATHERS ,RELEASE!!! Also pray for the release of at least 2 million others in the US alone, and growing! This has to stop! Our youths are our future! We all, as Americans, deserve, and are given the rights of the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! THESE RIGHTS APPLY TO EVERYONE, NOT JUST SOME! EVERY SINGLE LIFE MATTERS! NO MATTER YOUR ORIGIN OR COLOR! WE MUST ALL STAND TOGETHER AS GODS PEOPLE FOR WHAT IS RIGHT IN THE EYES OF GOD! THIS JUSTICE , WE CALL IT, IS NOT JUSTICE! ITS THE MOST DISGRACEFUL ACT THAT CAN BE DONE TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING! ESPECIALLY AN INNOCENT CHILD! I DONT WANT REVENGE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BROKEN MY FAMILY APART AND STOLEN MY CHILD! NO, I SURE DO NOT! THE LORD SAYS ," VENGENCE SHALL BE MINE" , SO IM GOING TO HAND IT TO GOD! GOD WILL APPLY THE JUSTICE WHERE IT BELONGS! PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR FAMILY, AND ALL THE OTHERS SUFFERING!
