Lost in the day-to-day whirlwind of motherhood, the maze of diapers, and the never-ending laundry pile – I’ve been there, felt it all.
I’ve even questioned: Am I living the purpose God has for me? Where is all this headed?
What I’ve learned is the power of saying Yes and the power of saying No!
1️⃣: Reserve your “Yes” for what truly matters.
• Identify what’s most important to me in this season, pinpoint moments of peace and joy and step into those!
2️⃣: To become skilled at saying “Yes” with intention, we must also become skilled at saying “No.”
3️⃣: Be mindful of mom guilt.
• When you say “No,” reject the mom guilt voice in your head.
• Say “No” to what doesn’t align with your values.
• Swap your mom guilt inner voice for one that embodies kindness, self-acceptance, and encouragement.

When I had my son last year my family dropped to one income, putting all the financial pressure on my husbands shoulders.
I have since been working again but very part time, because my primary role is a stay at home mama.
