Catered our family reunion this weekend and tacos were on the menu. 3 briskets, 3 pork butts, coleslaw, Mac n cheese and all the fixings - ya gotta love it!!

Last night's dinner 🥵

Shrimp tacos with homemade guac & chile lime hot sauce 🤌🏻

Shrimp marinated for ~ 1 hour with cilantro, lime, SPG, garlic, smoked paprika & cumin. Cooked on the with squash & zuchini for a quick dinner.

Taco nights are my favorite nights cmon now baby!! Cheers my ppl ✌🏻❤️

Elote Ramen - the ultimate bowl of fusion food deliciousness 🤌🏻

I've been makikg ramen a lot lately, probably too much tbh 😂 and i wanted to mix it up so why not combine it with one of my favorite things ever - elote?!

Made an incredibly tasty & creamy broth with mayo along with garlic, jalapeños, soy & hoisin sauce for some asian flavors, but not too much. Threw in some lime, cilantro, corn, tri tip & more jalapeños. It was absolutely Dynamite baby!!

Smoked a couple briskets over the weekend for lunch at the office today 🔥

Had such a blast with this cook yesterday and they came out fantastic. Smoked for about 15 hours & rested for 13. Nothing quite like the feeling of nailing a brisket cook cmon now!!!

Last night's dinner was excellent 👌🏻 Parmesean risotto with rainbow chard and reverse seared tri tip

Only 2nd time ever cooking risotto so definitely could use some work but the flavor was bangin baby cmon now!! Any tips here is appreciated 🤙🏻
