My skin is everything, especially the skin on my face. So I protect and nourish it consistently. All of my facial creams and moisturizers contain SPF and I only purchase sunscreen with high SPF. I never leave home without protecting my skin. Even when the sun is not shining does not mean that you are in the clear to walk out of your house with unprotected skin. Your daily skin routine should consist of sunscreen with a high SPF.
