The sad saga of Hunter Biden continues, this time with a conversation he had in Las Vegas with a pr******te where he admits to losing another of his laptops full of videos of him doing horrific things and he worries it was the Russians and they will blackmail him.

I want to make myself crystal clear as I present this chart. Yes, our society has serious flaws, double standards being one of those. Another is using people and glorifying goods. Until that stops, this horrific behavior absolutely will not stop.
When you can get life without parole for trafficking ma*****na like Larry Ronald Duke & William Dekle, (real people, google them). Whereas the courts are dishing out a slap on the wrist to rapists & child molesters, you know things are entirely jacked up. How does our judicial system expect to stop this storm of bovine excrement when it is perpetuating it?
We are a government of the people, for the people being ran by sell-outs.
You need to think about this post before you vote again. I for one, am not happy how things are going here locally... from the Judges to the Prosecutor to the Guardian ad litums.

It's nearly impossible for us to help neglected & abused dogs in WV as things in our laws are currently worded. Anyone who has worked in rescue has their own horror stories... those in Animal Control, most of all. This awards us, WVian citizens, a true opportunity for change. Let's not waste it! Giving children omega-3 fatty acid supplements reduces disruptive behavior, which in turn had a positive effect on their parents, making them less likely to argue with each other and engage in other verbal abuse.

Renting to someone with a Service Dog

The requirements for landlords to make allowances for a service animal to reside in a rental unit are definitely addressed by The Federal Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act as a reasonable accommodation for tenants with disabilities. In other words, the courts consider a tenant’s use of a service animal as an accommodation that should exist outside any landlord’s no pet policy. You should be cautious in challenging a tenant’s right to a service animal.

Here are a few key points for landlords to know:
*Even if a landlord has a no pet policy in place, the law does not consider service animals as pets and therefore the service animal is exempt from such a restriction.
*Service animals are allowed anywhere a person would go, including food areas that would normally restrict an animal’s presence.
*Landlords cannot charge a pet deposit or pet fee for service animals, however, the tenant is liable for any damage that the service animal may cause.
*Landlords can require written verification from the tenant’s health care provider that they are disabled but cannot ask for any specifics about the disability.
*Landlords can require written verification from the tenant’s health care provider that the service animal is needed.
*Landlords can request copies of the animal’s health records to prove the animal is in good health, parasite-free and immunized/vaccinated.
*Landlords can write warnings or even evict a tenant with a service animal if the animal is disturbing others, posing a threat to others or causing considerable damage to the property.

In other words, you can ask for appropriate paperwork concerning the tenant’s need for the service animal and to verify the animal’s health. Ultimately, for tenants with a diagnosable disability who require the assistance of a service animal, landlords must allow service animals in the rental unit and make reasonable accommodations for both the tenant and the animal.

When I see things such as this, I try to imagine myself in the position of those who are pictured. So, let's do that together, shan't we?

Today the legislature met from 11am to 2pm. Those hours are NOT at all what I would consider a long day. Yet, I try to pull from my experience & remain realistic. Mitch Carmichael was on a power trip as it was explained to me, not allowing Richard Ojeda to introduce his bill... it would increase the severance tax, the reason cited was "parliamentary rules." I have sat in the gallery as one of the legislators goes on & on about amending a section of a bill for around 2 hours. I readily admit it isn't the most exciting events to witness. However, I wasn't taking an active part in the process, representing constituents, and I certainly wasn't making $470 a day to participate; $27,000ish for a 60-day session. I certainly didn't campaign to get my butt in one of those gorgeous leather chairs on empty promises.

I was there because I chose to be. I thought each and every one of our legislators were as well?

After speaking to a teacher or two, I learned the reason that they have not yet made a deal is they are there for ALL State Workers, not just teachers.

So, to those state workers who aren't supporting the teachers, SHAME on you!! Should you get a raise, you know who to thank!!

Yesterday was an exceedingly busy day. I want to thank everyone who spoke with Laura Kennedy and I as we took our walkabout Clarksburg! Granted, we have a lot left to accomplish with this upcoming Fundraiser which is FASTLY approaching, but yesterday was a great beginning! I wanted to personally thank everyone who took time out of their busy day yesterday!

Hunters, heads on swivel!

"We come across some of the damnedest things on our job as a linesmen. The line was still hot when we got there.
After we made our repairs and went on to the next job it struck me. This downed line was only 80 or so feet from a hunter's blind. Had that hunter been on his way out to hunt on that morning, it would have been in the dark. He would have never known what hit him and would be lying next to those deer.
Downed lines are very hard to see, even for us at times.
Just a little note to my fellow hunters. Keep your head on a swivel."

The Harvey Weinstein Scandal.
I had stayed quiet RIGHT up until I saw this! In this clip, Courtney Love is asked by Natasha Leggero if she has advice for young women trying to make it in Hollywood. Initially, she hesitates - obviously fearing what she says could land her in court for libel - then, in true Courtney style, she throws it out there, warning women to decline an invite from Weinstein to any swanky Bev Hills hotel.
My thoughts are this, when Courtney Love is asked ENTIRELY out of the blue what's the one thing she would warn young ladies coming into Hollywood to watch out for, despite all the drugs, booze, & insanity she manages to pull this out of what's left of her brain matter that says this is the primary predator in Hollywood! Not the drugs or drinking, but being invited to a hotel by Weinstein? To me, this says abso-freakin-lutely EVERYTHING about Weinstein's guilt to this chick.
I don't give a flying crap if you disagree. In fact, you are free to do such. But, I will laugh and dismiss it. This is Courtney Love. She had NOTHING to lose or gain back in 2005. Sorry, this was the ULTIMATE nail in his coffin to me, guys and gals! ;) This Sum o Gun is guilty as homemade sin. ;)
