AD | PR INVITE - About last night...

We watched the in a game at Headingley in The Hundred.

The Hundred is a newish format of cricket where each team plays 100 balls each, this makes it shorter & means it can be action-packed.

The weather was glorious last night & we had prime seats where we could see interviews & the game. Fortunately, no sixes came our way either!

A win wasn't on the scoreboard for the last night but we still had fun. It's a chance to see some of the top players (unfortunatly Joe Root was playing for the opposition so we couldn't cheer him on) plus you have plenty of fireworks, music & a great atmosphere.

There are plenty of activities for kids around the ground as well. It's a good few hours out of the house & perfect for new fans & long-time cricket fans too!

If you fancy watching the this summer there's plenty of home games coming up over the next few weeks!

AD | PR INVITE | Last week I visited Cafe 21 in York for the first time & had a wonderful afternoon tasting their fixed price lunch menu with my mum!

You can read my full review over on the blog (link below) but I can tell we had a fabulous meal at Café 21 York & it's certainly somewhere I would highly recommend when you're next in York!

Had a lovely day out to Harlow Carr earlier this week.

We stopped at Bettys & then had a little walk around the garden centre. I am still on crutches but next time I'm going to go around the gardens. I think that will be a great way to get some steps in! 🥰
