It used to happen with me all the time, where I would start my new habit with such big commitments like doing an hour of yoga, or a target to finish a book in 7 days, however , what I failed to focus on was the system/ process to reach that Target. As a result If I miss even a single day , I would get demotivated to continue.
Then I realized the importance of creating systems to reach that goal, and following them everyday even if it means reading only one page.
Something is always better than nothing at all.
