June is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder awareness month.

This is an awareness everyone needs to see and hear about.
It’s not a disorder than can be disregarded.

It is not something that should be swept under the rug.

It is something that you wake up with every single day, praying there are no triggers and that you can just make it through another day.
🛑
It’s also not just veterans that can have PTSD.
🛑

💬You can get PTSD from a multitude of different things.
•Mental, physical, emotional abuse.
•Veterans
•Traumatic medical experiences
•Car accidents.
… that’s just to name a few, when in reality, if it affected you, it could continue to affect you—and not always in a positive way.

Remember, not all scars are visible.

If you or you see someone struggling with PTSD or su***de PLEASE lend a hand, be there for them, and get them the help they need—even if that means calling 9️⃣8️⃣8️⃣, for someone to talk to.
