My Views on Mal Nasir Elrufa'i Administration
Had i not witnessed your government (Mal Nasir Elrufa'i) I would have refered governance in Nigeria as bull race over the government house due to the abundant resources in control of the governor, be it the local, state or the federal government.

Although I did not agree with all of your policies, but I must admit that you have the best approach to governance, your government is transparent and by weighing the value you bring to Kaduna state and Nigeria at large, without doubt you are one of the most powerful, knowledgeable, political guru whom love to put politics into the right track and into the right hands (youth).

I grew up hating the system because of the way the governors govern the citizens and by governors I'm not referring to Kaduna state previous governors but those that govern across the local, state and the federal government.

if I guess it right sir, your aspiration is to pull in the youth into the system because I believe that you believe they are the right people to take charge of the governance in the local, state and federal level due to their capability and readiness to take control and discharge the duty with ease as they are young and have all the skills required, which if your aspiration become successful not only the youth but the citizens will experience a new and sound government that is different from the government of the old citizens like you sir (smile), even though you are an exceptional old citizen that demonstrate using your robust knowledge and experience.

The youth inclusion into the government showcase how possible it could be to make governance transparent to everyone in all aspect, I was once a beneficiary of need base scholarship during the Hassan rilwan administration as the executive secretary of the Kaduna state scholarship and loans board. but before his administration there was no transparency in how one secure the scholarship which before is of course who you know not what
