The first thing you hear about Iraq is war and battlegrounds, but his country is rich in natural beauty. It is often referred to as the Cradle of Civilization, a reference to its ancient Mesopotamian cities, which were famous for their innovations.

As a result, here are the top 3 cities to visit in Iraq:
1- Erbil: The 7,000-year-old citadel of Erbil has an illustrious history that rivals that of other greats such as Cadiz and Byblos.
2- Ur: Ur is known for its Biblical tales of epic floods and fearsome Babylonian kings, as well as one of the region's most beautiful ancient ruins.
3- Hatra: This UNESCO World Heritage Site is located in western Iraq's dusty deserts. Hatra's towering columns and ornate temples are regarded as one of the most amazing archaeological sites in the country.
