2023年“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛联欢晚会暨颁奖典礼8月8日在国家游泳中心“水立方”举行。
国务院侨办主任陈旭，北京海外联谊会会长杨晋柏，北京市人大常委会副主任、致公党北京市委主委、市欧美同学会会长闫傲霜，北京市政协副主席崔述强等出席晚会。
杨晋柏在致辞中指出，“水立方杯”用音乐架起了跨越时空的桥梁，让不同国家、不同年龄的选手在歌声中拉近了心灵的距离，同时也领略到中华文化的博大精深。他希望广大参赛选手能够成为弘扬中华文化的使者，让更多华侨华人和港澳同胞认识首都、了解中国、认同中华文化、传承中华文明，为构建人类命运共同体贡献力量。
晚会在主题曲《欢聚水立方》中拉开帷幕，大赛优胜选手与歌手李玉刚、戴荃、尚雯婕、李慧珍等共同献艺，演唱了《在他乡》《悟空》《一生有你》《木兰诗》《万疆》等歌曲。
晚会上揭晓了获得本届大赛金奖、银奖和铜奖的歌手名单。“最具潜力奖”等单项奖和组织机构奖等奖项也在现场开奖。
部分参赛选手在晚会上分享了自己的参赛感受。获得海外赛区成人组金奖的智利赛区选手于茜说：“很荣幸能在本届‘水立方杯’大赛中取得还不错的成绩，我会继续努力，希望通过我的歌声将温暖和希望传递给更多人。”获得海外赛区青少年组金奖的菲律宾赛区选手施嬿飞说：“感谢‘水立方杯’大赛给我机会，让我能进一步迈向自己的梦想，这是一个开心的夏天，感谢一直以来支持我的人们。”
本届大赛自今年4月正式启动，以“再欢聚·更美好”为主题，在全球33个国家设59个赛区，吸引5500余名选手报名参赛。本届大赛开设海外赛区、港澳赛区和北京赛区三大赛区，其中海外赛区分为青少组、成人组和外籍友人组三个组别。今年，各组别共计有13名选手获得金奖、26名选手获得银奖、39名选手获得铜奖。

“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛自2011年以来，已连续举办了13届，累计吸引4万余名选手参赛，广受关注与好评，成为海内外侨界及港澳同胞广泛参与的音乐文化盛会。

Yang Jinbai pointed out in his speech that "Water Cube Cup" has built a bridge across time and space with music, allowing contestants of different countries and ages to draw closer to each other in song, and at the same time, they also appreciate the profoundness of Chinese culture. He hoped that the contestants would become the messengers to promote Chinese culture, so that more overseas Chinese and compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao would know the capital, understand China, identify with Chinese culture, pass on Chinese civilization, and contribute to the building of a community of human destiny.

The gala opened with the theme song "Gathering in the Water Cube", and the contest winners and singers Li Yugang, Dai Quan, Shang Wenjie, Li Huizhen, etc., sang songs such as "In Another Country", "Wukong", "A Lifetime of You", "The Poem of Magnolia" and "Ten Thousand Borders".

This year's competition was officially launched in April this year, with the theme of "Reunion - Better", and set up 59 regions in 33 countries around the world, attracting more than 5,500 contestants to register for the competition. 科技与文化撞火花｜“水立方杯”海外承办机构代表参访团走访腾讯北京总部
近日，2023年“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛圆满落下帷幕，本次大赛是时隔三年后再次回归线下，以“再欢聚·更美好”为主题，历时三个多月，在全球33个国家59个赛区开展，共有5500余名选手参赛。大赛的精彩呈现，离不开各赛区承办方们的精心筹备。

为更深入了解北京文化，“文化中国·水立方杯”海外承办机构代表组成参访团，先后走进北京“12345市民热线服务中心”聆听12345“接诉即办”的故事、步入北京市珐琅厂参观国家级非物质文化遗产示范基地。在参访的最后一站，海外承办机构代表们还参观了腾讯北京总部，近距离感受独属腾讯的企业文化。
“大楼整体的空间设计感让人太舒服了，”澳大利亚华夏文化教育促进会林斌在走进腾讯大楼后不由自主地说道，一步一景，随处可见的企鹅元素成为参访团不舍得放下手机的理由之一。

跟随讲解员的脚步，参访团开启了一段充满科技感的前沿展厅之旅。讲解员通过屏幕交叉互动和播放视频短片等方式，为参访团介绍了腾讯公司的发展历程、企业文化以及公益活动等业务。让旅行更简单的“AI游云南”、连接校园“智”有主张的智慧校园、未来城市出行新体验的无人驾驶技术、让想象无限绽放的腾讯影业动画体验……未来感十足的各项技术，令大家久久驻足。
聆听腾讯公司的发展历程后，参访团纷纷表示感受到了中国互联网企业作为新一代信息技术产业代表的创新与活力、理想与信念。“在展厅看到微信用户覆盖率在地球上亮起时，我几乎感动到要掉眼泪，看到在海外的华人华侨甚至国外友人也都在使用微信，看到中国科技力量能给世界带来信心，这种民族自豪感瞬间油然而生。”新加坡艺沣艺术有限公司董事长张澜曦感慨道，微信作为我们现代生活中不可缺少的一个工具，不仅可以交流互动，更是传播中国优秀传统文化、讲好中国故事的新渠道。

在临近参观的尾声，一位海外承办机构代表开心又激动的声音传进参访团。多年未回国的新西兰新中文化交流协会会长王治平，首次体验到了移动支付成功的便利！“太快了，还没反应过来就已经结束了，以后回家消费真是方便多了。”据了解，随着微信支付的优化升级，将进一步提升海外华人回国后的体验感和幸福感。

8月8日晚，国家游泳中心“水立方”星光璀璨、歌声嘹亮。2023年“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛颁奖晚会在国家游泳中心“水立方”隆重举行。
自此，历时三个多月的2023年“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛圆满落幕。此次大赛在全球33个国家59个赛区开展，共有5500余名选手参赛，在海内外掀起了唱中文歌的热潮。
颁奖晚会在主题曲《欢聚水立方》中拉开帷幕，歌曲、舞蹈、戏曲表演等精彩纷呈，晚会上节目表演和揭晓奖项穿插进行，大赛优胜选手与多位中国知名歌手同台献艺，演绎了多首大家耳熟能详的经典中文歌曲。

“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛自2011年以来，已连续举办13届，赛事规模由最初的15个海外分赛区扩展至如今的59个，累计吸引近4万名选手参赛，成为海内外侨界及港澳同胞广泛参与的音乐文化盛会。
2011年，在国家游泳中心“水立方”的舞台上，美国华裔歌手黄一凭借原创歌曲《我是ABC》，获得首届“水立方杯”海外华裔青少年中文歌曲大赛金奖。
多年来，“水立方杯”已经深入侨心，为追逐音乐梦想的华侨华人提供了展示风采的平台，也为海外游子提供了诉说心声、抒发乡情的机会。演唱中文歌曲这种比赛形式深受海外华裔青少年喜爱，也激发了他们学习和了解中华文化的热情。
承办印尼赛区比赛的印尼雅加达华文教育协调机构执行主席蔡昌杰回忆道：“2011年首届‘水立方杯’印尼选拔赛举行，1000人的观众席只坐了不到100人，如今印尼全国十余个省、市都会遴选优秀选手参赛，比赛现场座无虚席。‘水立方杯’走出来的印尼选手们，从不知道中文名字，到会用简单的中文交流，有的已经能讲流利的中文。”
“‘水立方杯’将侨胞心与中华情紧紧相连。”89岁的加拿大华侨邝究声已多次参加大赛，他表示，虽然自己离开故乡已经很多年了，但山海虽远隔不断血脉深情，希望用歌声表达对故土深深的眷恋，也要告诉年轻一代，无论走多远，不要忘了自己的根在何处。
美国西雅图赛区的选手肖晴在今年的“水立方杯”总决赛上演唱了一首《莫尼山》，高亢空灵的嗓音搭配悠扬婉转的旋律，触动了评委和观众，获得海外赛区青少年组的第一名。她说：“我很喜欢唱歌，尤其喜欢唱中文歌，参加‘水立方杯’大赛让我坚定了要继续学习音乐的想法，我希望未来能创作出好听的中文歌曲，为中文歌曲的海外推广出一份力。”
2008年北京奥运会筹备期间，来自105个国家和地区的逾35万名华侨华人、港澳台同胞捐款9.4亿多元人民币，建成国家游泳中心“水立方”。
为了延续海外侨胞的桑梓深情，推动中华文化海外传播，助力中外民间友好交往，“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛应运而生，成为海内外中华儿女“以歌传情、以歌会友、以侨为桥”的舞台。
多年来，累计有超过1500家侨团、华文媒体、华文学校以及中资机构以不同方式支持参与大赛，培育了很多跨文化传播的民间交流使者，成为海外侨界传播中华文化的重要力量。大赛中也涌现出黄一、李佩玲、马伯骞、李紫婷等一批华裔新生代音乐人。
自2015年起，大赛增加了文化体验与互动环节，组织华裔青少年选手到长城、故宫等地参观游览，开展声乐培训等课程。通过几天的研学之旅，华裔青少年们感受到古都北京的魅力，触摸到现代北京的发展脉搏，加深了对中华文化的认知。
从2021年开始，“水立方杯”已经由最初只面向海外华裔青少年，扩展至面向外籍友人开放，致力于用音乐架起跨越国界、联通中外的友谊之桥。不同国家、不同年龄的选手，在歌声中跨越了文化差异和语言障碍，拉近了心灵的距离，也在歌声中领略中华文化的魅力。
今年共有31个海外赛区开设外籍友人组别，10位外籍友人组选手在总决赛上带来脍炙人口的中文歌曲。参赛选手们纷纷表示，参加“水立方杯”让他们对中华文化更感兴趣，今后要学唱更多中文歌曲，让更多人听到中文歌。

Over the years, more than 1,500 overseas Chinese groups, Chinese media, Chinese schools and Chinese-funded organizations have supported the competition in different ways, nurturing a lot of cross-cultural communication messengers, and becoming an important force for the dissemination of Chinese culture in the overseas Chinese community. This year, there were 31 overseas regions to open the foreign friends category, 10 foreign friends group contestants in the finals to bring popular Chinese songs. The contestants said that participating in the Water Cube Cup had made them more interested in Chinese culture, and that they would learn to sing more Chinese songs in the future so that more people could hear them.

选手故事丨刘芷晴：“水立方杯”是最好的舞台！”
在近日结束的2023年“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛港澳赛区总决赛中，来自中国香港赛区的选手刘芷晴凭借一曲《红蔷薇白玫瑰》，获得99.300分，一举夺得港澳赛区最高分的好成绩。
“其实我对自己的表现并不满意，我的声音在比赛时状态很不好，有些沙哑。”16岁的刘芷晴选手来自香港赛区，首次参加“水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛就拿下第一。在舞台上“ 一骑绝尘”的刘芷晴，在准备比赛的过程中，却并不是那么一帆风顺。
为了参加“水立方杯”，刘芷晴一路从英国飞到中国香港，再由中国香港转机飞到北京。或许是因为旅途奔波，刘芷晴的喉咙出现了严重的炎症，到比赛前两天都不能发出声音。
“我病得很严重，也有了退出比赛的想法”，刘芷晴表示，她的家人和朋友十分支持她继续走下去，这成为她尽全力完成比赛的最大动力。与此同时，“水立方杯”音乐夏令营队医们无微不至的照料，也让刘芷晴倍感温暖，“他们准备药品，叮嘱我按时服用，每天还会来看望和照顾我，所以真的要谢谢他们。”
刘芷晴最想要感谢的，还有她的妈妈，“妈妈一直陪伴我、支持我、教导我，尤其是在唱歌方面。我的参赛歌曲《红蔷薇白玫瑰》，老师只教过一次，其它都是妈妈给我的建议。所以取得第一名的成绩，最重要的还是感谢我的妈妈。”
刘芷晴选手表示，“水立方杯”是最好的舞台，在这里不仅结识了许多来自不同国家和地区的朋友，还得到了很多音乐老师的专业指导，对于自己未来的音乐之路很有帮助。“无论是中国港澳赛区的选手，还是海外赛区的选手，我们聚在一起唱歌、一起欢笑，这种气氛太好了。”
对于未来，刘芷晴表示将继续努力读书，同时想成为一名多元化的音乐人，不仅仅唱歌，还可以制作属于自己的音乐。“‘水立方杯’不是终点，我会更加努力，继续在音乐的路上前行。”

比赛花絮丨乘着歌声的翅膀，我们能飞得更高！

近日，2023年“文化中国·水立方杯”中文歌曲大赛海外赛区青少组总决赛在北京广播电视台大剧院拉开帷幕。此次晋级海外赛区青少组总决赛的29名选手、来自全球55个海外赛区的百余名音乐夏令营营员和亲友团们欢聚一堂，共同聆听和见证这场激情四射的比赛。
台上选手动情演唱，台下的观众们以热烈的掌声和欢呼声为每一位出场的选手喝彩加油。比赛主持人不禁感慨：“这样浓烈的比赛氛围非常少见，舞台上下热情互动，更像是一场氛围感十足的现场演唱会！”
经过五个小时的比拼，29位青少组选手用风格迥异的演唱征服了大家的耳朵。来自美国西雅图赛区的选手肖晴，最终以99.114分的成绩拔得头筹。
评委王莹老师点评道：“虽然你看起来小小的，但是你的舞台表现非常完整、到位，用声音传递了丰富的情感，让人身临其境，用‘淋漓尽致’来形容恰如其分。 ”
赛后，肖晴难掩内心的激动说：“我妈妈今天就在现场观看比赛，我刚比赛完，妈妈的电话就打过来了。她说：‘这是你所有表演中最好的一次’。我真的特别开心。”
可爱的小肖晴同时表示：“这次我来到北京，在水立方音乐夏令营受到专业老师的指点，受益匪浅。现在比赛终于结束了，我要实现自己的三个愿望：睡懒觉、登长城、吃烤鸭”！
你方唱罢我登场。在当天海外赛区青少组的决赛现场，每一位参赛选手纷纷拿出了看家本领，舞台上竞争激烈，惊喜不断。
来自菲律宾赛区的17岁选手施嬿飞以一首传唱度很高的《我等到花儿也谢了》博得全场喝彩，并最终以98.852高分获得比分的第二名。
施嬿飞作为菲律宾赛区唯一闯进总决赛的青少组选手，对于自己取得的比赛成绩有点儿惊讶：“因为这次决赛的所有选手都很强，我觉得是自信和勇气让我拥有了这一高光时刻。感谢‘水立方杯’给我一个实现梦想的舞台。”
施嬿飞从十三岁开始参加菲律宾当地的唱歌比赛，四年时间中，她积累了丰富的舞台经验。为了参加“水立方杯”，施嬿飞足足做了四个月的准备。“我的家人们是我最忠实的听众，我也常常自己对着镜子演唱，把它想象成台下的观众。虽然学业紧张，但是我一直坚持练歌：因为喜欢，所以热爱。”
与深情款款的《我等到花儿也谢了》不同，来自加拿大多伦多赛区的选手包美琳以一曲动感十足的唱跳歌曲《星·Sailing》点燃全场，最终以98.548分获得全场得分第五名的好成绩。
包美琳说：“这首《星·Sailing》歌曲里加入了很多我自己的想法和改编，唱跳结合也是我的特点。我的理想是成为一个创作型全能歌手。”
更让人惊喜的是，今年16岁的包美琳在10岁时就写了第一首歌，到目前已陆续写完了十几首原创歌曲。希望她有机会能把自己写的歌曲带到“水立方杯”！

Recently, the 2023 Culture China - Water Cube Cup Chinese Song Contest Overseas Competition Youth Group Finals kicked off at the Beijing Radio and Television Grand Theater. Nancy Shi, a 17-year-old contestant from the Philippines, won the applause of the audience with her popular song "I Waited Until the Flowers Were Grateful", and finally won the second place with a high score of 98.852.
As the only youth contestant from the Philippines who made it to the finals, Nancy was a bit surprised by her performance: "Because all the contestants in this final were so strong, I think it was my confidence and courage that gave me this moment of glory. Thanks to the 'Water Cube Cup' for giving me a stage to realize my dream."
Nancy started participating in local singing competitions in the Philippines at the age of thirteen, and over the course of four years, she has accumulated a wealth of stage experience. Nancy spent four months preparing for the Water Cube Cup. "My family is my most loyal audience, and I often sing in front of the mirror, visualizing the audience. Despite the intensity of school, I kept practicing the song: because I liked it, I loved it."
Unlike the heartfelt "I Waited Until the Flowers Were Grateful", the contestant from Toronto, Canada, Bao Meilin, ignited the audience with a dynamic sing-sing-dance song, "Star Sailing", and eventually won the fifth place in the overall scoring with a score of 98.548 points.
Bao Meilin said: "I added a lot of my own ideas and adaptations to the song 'Star Sailing', and the combination of singing and dancing is also my characteristic. My ideal is to become a creative all-round singer."
What's more surprising is that this year's 16-year-old Bao Meilin wrote her first song when she was 10 years old, and so far she has finished writing more than a dozen original songs one after another. I hope she will have the opportunity to bring her own songs to the "Water Cube Cup"!
