Always there to hold me ♥️

The best thing about my husband is he’s extreme straight forwardness 😏
He knows I can be an over achiever sometimes so when I’m working on a goal he will tell me exactly what is good and exactly what needs to be changed! (No mercy🙈)

Then he stands right next to me in case I need strength to make the changes 💕

👗I wore this dress to the Eco Sustainability Workshop by .co last weekend. It was preloved from (I love buying her clothes btw!)

🤷🏼‍♀️I never thought that a simple choice such as this one can help contribute to saving the environment till I sat for this workshop…

Buying preloved clothes reduces carbon emissions, save lots of resources, water, and energy. They also prevent old clothing from ending up in landfills or incinerators.

Where they are coming from and where are they going?

💭This workshop made me think about every little choice I make daily.

I’ll share more soon on the little things we can do to contribute in saving the environment ♥️

🌎 I’m sure we want to preserve the beauty around us and give a chance to the future generations to witness this beauty as well but we probably are not aware of the little steps we can take individually that can make a huge impact!

Exactly one month to go for the finals of Mrs. Malaysia World 22/23! 😍💃🏼🇲🇾🔥

The month is going to fly by with all the practice and preparations. At the same time there’s submissions for my masters and of course there is work as usual 😂
I have just planned out the entire month in order to do my best in all 3 areas that are equally important to me.
(DM me if you want time management Tips 😜)

But at the end of the day literally NONE of this would have been possible without the support, love and encouragement I receive on a daily basis.

All the messages, calls, comments even a like means a lot to me. It keeps me going. So I want to say from the bottom of my heart, (before it gets chaotic🫢) Thank you so so much ♥️
You guys are my confidence 🫶🏻

To my family, my in-laws my husband and my darling friends - I dont know what I have done to deserve you’ll ♥️

“I built these muscles in just 2 hours of workout” - said no one ever.

It takes effort, strong will, patience and time to build both physical and mental strength but the results are always worth all of it 💯

One hour full body workout with was intense and so good! 💪🏻
HIIT with was a whole different level and she is so encouraging. Every time I felt like I can’t do it anymore, something she says will make me do it anyway😅

It was so much fun to workout here! Thanks to the friendly, amazing trainers and the feel of the gym itself. It was truly difficult to part with the huge mirror btw, it’s every girl’s dream 🙈

Thank you for having us , we truly had a great workout session and a great time here.

You are aiming to fail when you compare yourself to another person. You can never be someone else. There is only one you and that is the best part!

If there is something about yourself you don’t quite like, work on that. Work on being the best version of yourself. Work on falling in love with that person you see in the mirror 🪞

If you are someone who shivers everytime your dentist visit is due (like me😋), then this is definitely the dental clinic you should go to.

The environment of the clinic makes you comfortable enough to forget your fear. The doctor here knows all the ins and outs of dental care/ treatments/ cosmetics so you know your smile is in good hands ☺️
