Fun fact of the day. When opening a screw top(Stelvin), twist the bottom of the cap instead of the top so you won't have a problem with the cap separating incorrectly.

Hey friends. I've recently decided to do something I've been thinking about for years. I'm putting together online courses for wine and spirits, I have 4 courses so far. I'm working really hard to get at least a couple of them published by august 1. It's really intimidating and there's a lot to learn about building a business and a website from scratch but I'm really excited about it! We are working hard on getting your courses ready! We will be offering a basic wine course aimed at taking some of the mystery out of wine, an advanced wine course to dive a little deeper, a spirts and bar course for an in depth look at the world of spirits and lastly a service industry course for training and insights from 20+ years in the restaurant industry. Anticipated launch date is Aug 1. Check back often for updates! Looking forward to hearing some of your Bottle Stories!!
