The Goa Carnival is one of its kinds in India and is the only Indian event that might give you the feels of The Brazilian carnival. This year the Carnival was an overly colorful and vibrant celebration and as we walked or should I say danced through the procession… We witnessed what this carnival was all about.

Elitom El-amin is a breatharian from Ohio, USA and is currently living in Goa, India for the last one year. He leads a Breatharian lifestyle which means he doesn't eats any food or drinks any water and survives on metaphysical energy that he gets from air, sun, and soil.

Shooby - The Explorer and Anurag Pandey as known as, Indian Banjaras or InJaras are in Goa. As they travel and explore Goa they meet a Self-defense expert who practices, teaches and learns the art of Self-defense in Goa. Coach Grey Sanjeev Sharma has been practicing mixed martial arts for the last 18 years and has been learning self-defense under Kanishka Combatives Online for the last 8 years.

In this video the Injaras head to learn the basics of self-defense that anybody and everybody can practice, learn and apply in a hand to hand combat situation to deescalate a threat. It is important to remember that these are basic steps that allow you to remember the best practices to defend yourself. It is also important to practice them regularly and build the awareness around defending yourself from danger.

Things I've lost at a beach:
A lens cap
A hoodie
& now
A headphone

in the process, I have gotten closer to finding myself!

How? Well you see when I'm at a beach I care a little less about losing, about failing and falling too...

So today I had my first fishing adventure. A local fisherman taught me basics of throwing sticks and after throwing it in the water and waiting for a few minutes I returned his stick and asked how much he makes in a day? His answer 50k idr ($4 approx.)

Luckily I had one 50k note that I gave it to him. At first he was confused but eventually he smiled and stared me for 30 secs straight!

Well, there are things I lose everytime I'm on a beach.
