Let’s talk about the story and evolution of The Star Skirt. Star, fashion designer, creator and stylist behind Eccentric Vintage Boutique always loved skirts with volume and that features an A-Line silhouette. The 1950’s skirts have been a big influence with the design of this skirt. is a boutique that loves bold, maximalist fashion that turns fashion into wearable art.

Over the past several years Star designed skirts similar to this one. She’s made adjustments, tried different fabrics and after every attempt of launching it, it’s been a failure. However, she believes she know exactly what’s been missing!

Tonight at Washington County Free Library Gala was AMAZING!!! I seen so many familiar faces. That was the highlight of my night. I received so much love and support!! This was the best vendor event so far this year!
