2022 is the year I started to take fashion serious and create a fashion business of my own. If you don’t know my story let me share a little you all. I started my first official fashion boutique “Once Upon A Time Boutique” specializing in fairytale fashion in 2022. My first fashion show as a fashion designer was DC Fashion Week and I instantly fell in love. I’ve worked in fashion since I was 16 years old. However I’ve always worked backstage as a designer assistant or working in fashion show production. Owning my fashion brand has always been a dream of mine. I went to Art School in NYC but I dropped out of school. BIGGEST mistake of my life. However, now I won’t allow anything or anyone to get in my way of my dream of being a fashion designer.
I’ve gone through a lot of transformation and transition in my business. Even though I loved my old boutique, something was missing. I’ve come to realized that I’ve always tried to put myself in box. Follow the trends of traditional designers, follow the flow of “normal” boutiques, tried to be a “regular” fashion influencer. But none of it fit me and made sense for my brand.
With my experience, skills, passion and overall love of fashion I’ve taking all of the things I love and created not only a boutique but I’m building a fashion brand.
Fashion Designer ? Yes!
Fashion Stylist? Yes!
Fashion Creator? Yes!
Host fashion events? Yes!
Host fashion shows? Yes!
Last year I rebranded to capture everything I love about Fashion and to build a community of maximalist, sustainable, eccentric, vibrant, creative community of fashionistas. Showing the world it’s not WHAT you wear but it’s HOW you wear it.

Why try to fit in when you’re meant to stand out. I’ll no longer try to fit in a box but I’ll continue to focus on the one thing that makes me different which is me being me.
