UPDATE: Elevated fire danger will be in place across most of Oklahoma through the Labor Day weekend. Temperatures again above normal coupled with dry conditions will hold fire danger firmly in place. Thunderstorm chances enter the mix for southeast Oklahoma Sunday afternoon reintroducing lightning ignition potential. Labor Day will bring enhanced fire weather across western Oklahoma. Please be cautious with outdoor activities that may spark a wildfire this holiday weekend!

Harrah, we need your help. Your first call to report an emergency should be 911.

Here's the WHY...it slows down the response process. Though we have crews on duty at all times, they may be out at another call, training, chores or otherwise not able to answer the phone. The Oklahoma County Sherrifs Office dispatch center is staffed and equipped to be the ones that answer your call & send appropriate help.

Weekly we receive phone calls at the station reporting emergencies, sometimes voicemails are left.

Having a medical emergency...... Call 911
See a fire.... Call 911
Involved/witness a motor vehicle collision with injuries....Call 911

Want to schedule a station tour..... Call us
Questions about smoke alarm installations.... Call us
General FD questions... Call us
Want to let us know you are burning… Call us
Want to check to see if today is a burn ban… Call us

We're here to help, and to do that expeditiously we need yours.

(Lincoln County) Friendly reminder for those living in the jurisdiction of the SW Lincoln County Fire Protection District. You have an extremely important decision to make on November 8, 2022 regarding chairman of their fire board which ultimately will determine which direction that department proceeds.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK on the candidates.
