Humans always end up adaptating to their new environnement, for survival. And in a way, we did adapt to this constant influx of content, but sometimes I feel like this is something humans were never supposed to do. It’s just not natural, humans are not supposed to be slouching and endlessly scroll with their thumb. Just like the whole selfie thing, we were not supposed to be able to look at ourselves that much, we were also not supposed to be able to look at so many pretty people, no wonder so many people struggle with their body image. But then again, it might be just me. There are probably a lot of people that don’t struggle with tech addiction, good for them. In my case, internet + smartphone addiction fried my brain.
