Yazid's forces imposed a ban on water access to Imam Hussain RA/AS and his family, who were among a small group of loyal companions.

This cr uel and inhumane action took place during the journey of Imam Hussain RA/AS and his followers to Karbala, where they were eventually surrounded and mart yred on the 10th of Muharram in the year 680 CE.

On this day, Almighty Allah had rescued Musa and the people of Bani Israel from the tyrant ruler Pharaoh, by splitting the river into two to pave the way for Hazrat Musa AS and his companions.

Pharaoh and his army had seen the miracle, how the sea had parted, but being the pretender that he was, Pharaoh turned to his men and proclaimed: "Look! The sea has opened at my command so that I may follow those rebels and arrest them!"

They rushed across the parted waters, and when they were midway, Allah commanded the sea to return to its former state.

Terror-stricken Pharaoh, realizing that his end had come, declared out of fear: "I believe that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah in Whom the children of Israel believe, and I am of those who surrender to Him."

But Allah did not accept this declaration from the tyrant, and the waters closed over him, drowning him and his entire army.

Billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates said that he plans to give all of his wealth to his and his ex-wife's philanthropic organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

“This matter of the marriage of Fatima, my daughter, is in the hands of Allah Himself, and He alone will select a spouse for her”.

Allah duly made his selection. He selected his slave, Ali ibn Abi Talib RA, to be the spouse of the daughter of his most favorite slave, Muhammad Mustafa SA. He wished to see Fatima bint Muhammad SA and Ali ibn Abi Talib RA married.

It was a truly happy day in the life of Hazrat Muhammad SAW. But how he must have wished that his beloved wife and friend, Khadija RA were with him so both of them together could witness the wedding of their daughter.
