To everyone out there who supports my family i want to say thank you for standing by my side. To those I have offended in any way please I seek your forgiveness.

However, i must state that my heart is heavy that I have been pushed too far to even start having people locked up, I'm just a human being and my heart bleeds as well probably the longest heart bleed that one can stand ( 3years)…

I have learnt that some people can make you do things that one is not even accustomed to, I understand we all have opinions and beliefs on a number of issues and that I respect, but please I'll say this for the last time that let us learn to express our opinions in the right and respectful way. Some are only bent on damaging others. Therefore, to those with such damaging and deformatory statements, I must make mention that I will not hesitate to take legal action against any individual/s or media houses publishing false statements against me and my family regarding any statements made that I don’t find pleasing to me and my family. I will not stoop to the level of exchanging words due to the provocations I receive anymore.

I will not keep exchanging words with people whose reasoning is below par, instead I will let people entrusted to safe guard the rights of every citizen handle them. And I won’t relent on this, it’s a promise.

I will go ahead and have my case against the woman(Agness) withdrawn and have her released after a lot of persuasion from people who mean well for me but I however, pray that there will be no next time to repeat these words about my family and friends. I promise on everything I hold sacred that this is the last time I will be lenient. (Making this the 5th time)

:A 49 year old man has been rescued alive from the collapsed mine slug damp site in Chingola 5 days after being trapped with several other miners.
The survivor, identified as Mwanshe Mukoko of Chingola Township was rescued around 21:00 hours by the rescue team and is currently receiving treatment at Nchanga South Hospital in Chingola.
Mukoko narrated from his hospital bed how he has been struggling for 5 days in the collapsed slug mine pit trying to find his way out.
Few hours later the rescue team also managed to retrieve one body which has not yet been identity.
The search and rescue operation which is being coordinated by government has been going on throughout the days and nights from the time the accident happened.

To the families who have lost their loved ones may the good lord strengthen you during this difficult time and May their souls of our friends rest in peace.
