Way back in the dark and distant days of episode 97 we did a blind tasting of some of both our favorite (and unknown) American Lagers. On the 25th we revisit Brewery Outré with the owner Ted Linabury to now dig into International Lager!

Sol, El Presidente, Corona, and so many more! Will they all be lightstruck? Will we crave the sweet satisfaction of a lime? Only time will tell!

Jason wants to make a mead, maybe one with lemons. He really has no clue what he's doing, so we are going to discuss and design a mead recipe with some folks that can help. Hang out and have a brew with us as we talk through the mead making process. Whatever we come up with, Jason is going to take away and brew!

Way back in the dark days of episode 101 we individually ran the Keepers of Craft beer generator to come up with 3 unique(ish) recipes. Deciding to go for what amounted to be an Imperial Kölsch-style beer, we then drafted a recipe for it, brewed it, and now we're drinking it tonight!

We're trying to change that in 2024!

We're looking to do more Instagram only live streams (not full episodes like we do on Mondays), live updates from competitions judging sessions, recipes, brew day talk, and much more.

Oh boy. We made a decision tonight! 😅

Jordan, Jason, and Brian used a version of the Keepers of Craft Beer Generator to roll a few beer recipes.

After taking every attempt to the last roll, we were forced into 3 options! Here's the winning one and the recipe we decided on while discussing live.

We're looking to record a bit of a live brewing session coming up for this one, so we'll keep you posted!

Happy New Year!
Come hang out and have a beer while we talk about some of the "fun" homebrew competitions we have participated in the past like cookie beer, cereal beer, or fantasy beer draft comp. We are also going to be playing with the "Beer Generator" which is an app that Brian created to help generate fun / weird beer recipe ideas. We are getting ready to launch the second Beer Generator Comp for Keepers of Craft next week, so we will be having it create a few recipes for us so we can see how we would handle the different challenges it could throw at us.
