CRITICAL TIP BEFORE THE STORM! ⬇️

While prepping your home for the upcoming storm, make sure to document everything with photos – both inside and outside!

- Capture wide, mid-range, and close-up angles.
- Open all kitchen and dresser drawers and snap photos.
- Take clear pictures of any valuables and essential documents.
- Don’t forget to photograph doors and windows in detail to avoid any disputes over storm damage like dents or scratches.
- Save your photos in multiple locations – store them on a thumb drive and upload them to cloud storage like iCloud, Dropbox, or OneDrive.

After the storm: As soon as you can, hire someone to conduct thermal imaging of your home. This will help detect hidden water damage before it dries out. Many home inspectors offer this service for a few hundred dollars – well worth it to catch unseen issues early!

HELENE | 5 AM Wed advisory is in. Track nudged a little west though still basically looking at a Big Band landfall with the center possibly tracking close to or over Tallahassee. Storms don't follow the center line so don't get too tied to this one update. No change in terms of impacts for us.
