In Queensland Australia a dimwitted investigator from American Express starting surveilance on a gentleman he thought was an international criminal mastermind. On this warm summer day in 1991 he called law enforcement, and they quickly got the press ready for this high profile arrest. The man they arrested deserved to win an Oscar for Best Actor, but he was actually just a local artist who didnt even look like the “criminal mastermind”.
