The biggest skill Austin's looking to develop:
The ability to lead sales coach and production coaches to be better leaders and coaches to their teams so that they can better serve franchisees.
In the short-term this means, understanding people more, coaching them, supposrting them more, developing EQ, so that in the long-term, say within 3 years, he can take a franchise who is not only financially sucessful and has developed a strong business around their investment, but can also become a strong senior leader within the organization.
The more confidence Austin can build in replicating this process will aid in his ability to carve out a new role for himself every 2 to 3 years as the company scales.
