In times of crisis, finding gratitude can help strengthen emotional resilience. Even when things feel overwhelming, focusing on small positives—like a supportive friend or the strength to keep going—can offer hope and grounding. Gratitude helps shift our perspective and reminds us that we can navigate through tough times.

I do have another season of my podcast coming out soon. I’ve been writing an episode about toxic masculinity in the homos*xual community.

Sneak peek: last weekend I went in the second of two bad dates. This guy wanted to talk about toxic masculinity and what it was. Once I explained it to him I felt the air change. Needless to say it didn’t work out. What a man child.

In this episode, I tell a story of when I was in college. I'm not sure if I should make amends for this story. I pose several questions to myself and to the listener.

In this episode I talk about the idea of making amends to someone. What does it mean? How do you do it? Should you do it? Does the story in this episode deserve an amends?

This episode turned out to be emotional for me. No one has ever heard this story before.

This episode turned out to be emotional for me. No one has ever heard this story before.

In this episode I talk about someone who I thought of as my best friend. I was wrong. This is a story I've told no one before. It was pretty tough to get through. I'm sorry for the raw emotions in this one.

In this episode I talk about my first times. My first three times having s*x and how each time was unique. What each one meant to me and how each one helped shape me and allow me to be me and to be free with my s*xuality.

This is a tough one. S*xual abuse in any form is a terrible subject to talk about. S*xual abuse of a child is even more so. I know this has happened to many others and I feel for them. Please reach out if you need someone to listen.

This episode deals with the terrible issue or s*xual abuse. Specifically, s*xual abuse of a child. I tell everything I can remember. I talk about my process of coming to terms with being abused, how I have worked through some of it, and how I keep...

This episode was difficult for me to prepare and to get through. It's mostly about my mother, but some about my sister, too.

I had been putting this episode off. I apologize for the delay. This was a tough one to write for and to get through. Much harder than I thought it would be. This episode is about my mother and the mental abuse and neglect I suffered because of he...

This episode I talk about gay dating apps. The pros and cons, patterns I've observed and the idea of masculine for masculine. I think probably the most important thing to talk about regarding dating apps is mental health. Are they doing more harm ...
