MOMS with young readers—I found these in the youth Bible section at the book store—and warning they are NOT truthful. Make sure you are investigating the children’s Bibles and books before you buy them. These are both sneaky about sliding in comments—like was Moses a real person? Was Jesus? Is it just a story? And then telling kids they can pick and choose what they want to believe!! What?! White chocolate peanut butter popcorn: 1 cup salted peanuts. 4 cups rice crispy cereal. 1 bag of popcorn, popped with seeds removed. Mix all together in a large bowl. Lay out wax paper. Next add two tablespoons of peanut butter to a non stick sauce pan on medium heat. Add two bags of white chocolate chips. (I add one bag at a time, letting the first almost completely melt before I add the 2nd.) stir constantly! Until all smooth and melted. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat. Lay on wax paper to dry. Then break apart and serve or store in a container.
