Firstly, I want to thank Mr. Tai for teaching me valuable historical knowledge and Mr. Truong for giving me this tour.
My visitor is pretty special. He comes from Spain, he has worked in UK for 5 years, and now, he quit his job and travels to any place he wants. He said that after working, he wants to take a rest, has no plan for a new job, and does not know when he started everything, now he just wants to travel and discover many countries with different cultures for a few months. Wow, you know, I think that he is so cool. In Vietnam, we have much pressure to do like him, right?
After visiting Sword lake, I went to the ancient house, I introduced him to Vietnamese culture during a meal, and how to know the happiness of a family just look in the kitchen, ancestor worshiping, the meaning of worship things… etc.
Next destination, I took him to visit St. Cathedral, I told him about the history of this church, religions in Vietnam, Mother Goddess worshiping, etc. Before that, he told me he liked dancing so I recommended to him whether he wanted to dance to a song that is trending on Tiktok Vietnam now. He agreed with me, and we chose a place nearby the church to sit down and learned how to dance to that song. It was funny when we were learning how to dance, we teach each other, and we counted how many times we did like this, and how many times we did like that. After some time of failing, we definitely had a funny video. It was not perfect but for me, it made me happy.
