This beef rib at Stellar Hog was Kala's favorite thing in St. Louis! It was so salty and juicy all the way through! Stellar Hog is probably my favorite bbq spot in St. Louis - most of the other spots that are local favorites just fall short or aren't consistent when I go - but Stellar Hog is always great!
