We're firm believers in organic marketing here at Typebar Digital. Yes, of course paid advertising works, but we also reckon it's crucial to take the time to get to know your online audience - your fans, followers and [potential] customers - who have taken an interest in your business or brand online.

Sure, organic growth can take a little longer, but putting the time and effort into understanding your audience means building more authentic engagement with your followers over time, which can reap major results in the longterm.

As Hubspot's article puts it 👉 "Organic marketing is all about bringing people to you, instead of reaching out to people via paid methods. With organic marketing, you'll create several types of content to keep people engaged and interested in your brand. When it comes time to make a purchasing decision, they'll think of you first."

Whether you work in corporate comms as part of a large marketing team or you're a small business owner running your own channels, nothing makes social media management easier than having a good, clear content planning system in place.

That said, it's often easier said than done, especially when you realise there are so many different ways to do it.

Luckily, the good folks over at HubSpot put together this incredibly insightful resource guide which outlines a great selection of tools to give you a place to start!

🌟 Top tip: It helps to first consider what you need the tool to actually do. Is it for:

▪️ Planning and scheduling?
▪️ Directly posting online?
▪️ Collaboration across a team?
▪️ Content creation & management?

Once you've determined this, decide what will make things most manageable for you. Remember, these tools are there to help you save time and effort!
