Hey friends! We have some news to share. After much discussion and humming and hawing, we have decided to take a hiatus from the podcast for an indefinite amount of time.

Over the past few years, the pod has served as an outlet for us to share the beauty in vulnerability, with heartfelt discussions surrounding mental health and sexuality. We’ve had dozens of incredible guests on the show, of whom we were honoured and beyond grateful to give a platform to. They shared their heroic stories with pleasure, so that others (YOU) could be inspired to take action in your life.

We are grateful. We are humbled. And, right now we are ready to devote our time to other aspects of our lives... continuing to move forward, taking all that we’ve learned from our journey with the pod.

We won’t be closing the door on Pardon My Mind completely, but as our focus has shifted to growth in other areas of our lives for the time being, we’re uncertain when we’ll be back to deliver great, meaningful content to you.

We wish you all a very happy, full-of-love 2024! And, who knows… maybe you’ll see us on before you see new podcast episodes 🙃😉
