Lake District sunrise
A great example of the importance of exposing for the end of the shot when shooting into the sun.
Couple that with a nice reveal flying over a line of trees, and you have the perfect sunrise shot!
That was close!
This clip was filmed 4 years ago with a very rickety Phantom..
Back then, I didn't realise the importance of positioning yourself properly, and being able to clearly judge space around the drone when you are flying and filming in tight spaces..
As a result, I very nearly hit the legs of the bridge as I flew backwards underneath it!
Makes me wince every time I watch it!!

Couldn't resist this little dronie whilst filming at a Cider orchard in Somerset last year..
Absolutley stunning location during the most perfect sunset..
Shot on our Inspire 2, using Spotlight Pro to lock onto us, and keep us in the frame.
This is one of my favourite drone shots from the past few years.
Shot on the Inspire 2, 1080 HD, 120fps, H.264.
The quality suffers quite a lot shooting at higher frame rate, but I just love the light, the movement the right choice of music, and coupled with the anamorphic flare and the letterbox 2:35 crop, it all creates a beautifully cinematic shot.
This proves that you don't have to over complicate the drone movement to have an impressive shot. sometimes simplicity is the way to go.
