A personal favourite. The desecration of Eunice McPhee's grave. Attempt 1. The objective, kiddies, is to rob graves for body parts and not let me or old mate Mongril catch you in the act. #doglovers #graverobbers
At long last, I have our social media marketing plan together. Something that's sustainable, without giving the game away. I'll be sharing small animated segments and some insights. Games determine their own laws during development, a little bit like this. One thread in the game is knocking off/belting/blasting western myths like Santa and his reindeers. Elves cop it. Easter bunnies. Tooth Fairies. They all get a reckoning. This sequence sees Nigel or Nigela (You determine your own gender and build your own character on Carny Island) blasting Rudolf The Red Noses Reindeer out of the sky. And onto a plate as a rack 'a ribs. Which begs the question: How does our hero know there's an incoming threat before it enters the field of view. We need a targeting system! I'm thinking a head's up display automatically deploys when incoming threats are detected. Given this is all mobile, I've only got two thumbs to work with. FYI: I'm animating in Adobe Fresco now on an ipad Pro in 4K and using Motion to full effect. I export as PNGs, then process the images through Photoshop. Open as 'image sequence'.
