MIRCHI SHOPPING CARNIVAL.

Terms & Conditions
Mirchi Shopping Carnival
Entertainment Network India Limited (“ENIL”) is holding a Contest known as “Mirchi Shopping Carnival” on its Radio Channel Mirchi 98.3 FM at Jammu.
By participating in the “Mirchi Shopping Carnival” (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Contest’) you irrevocably and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions as mentioned herein and undertake to be bound by the same without any kind of contestation and/or demur.
By participating in the Contest, you accept and agree to the following: -

1. The Contest shall be known as SMVD Narayana presents Renault’s Jammu Autowheels Mirchi Shopping Carnival, Co- presented by Yougal Sons, powered by Rasalika and co Powered by Mulkh Raj Ashok Kumar Jewellers.
2. The contest shall commence at ENIL’s radio station Mirchi 98.3 FM at Jammu, on 26th September 2022.
3. Participants to give full details of their name, permanent address, PAN, phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by ENIL.
4. At the end of the Contest Period, ENIL shall select the Prize winner by a process of lucky draw and in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Prize winner whose name is selected shall be eligible to get Car/ Bike/ Electric Scooty/ Gold Coin/ Silver Coin/ Food Coupons.
5. Mere participation in the Contest shall not entitle a Participant to a prize.
6. ENIL would announce the winner at Wave Mall, Jammu on 20th October 2022 at 5 pm onwards.
7. Winner will have to collect the prize from a location that will be intimated to the Winner by ENIL.
8. Winner must arrange his/her own travel arrangement and any expenses incurred in that regard shall be solely borne by him/her and ENIL shall not be liable to reimburse any expenses whatsoever, including but not limited to the travel expenses.
9. The Prize cannot be exchanged /redeemed for cash, or any other non-monetary consideration and the prize is not transferable.
10. The Prize is subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, levies and other statutory payments shall be as applicable and borne and paid solely by the Winner. The Prize would be delivered/ handed over to the Winner on proper identification and verification and on providing proof of payment of all applicable taxes and levies. The Winner shall pay all taxes as may be applicable to redeem the Prize.
11. The Winner undertakes to pay without any demur Gift tax i.e. 30% of the gift voucher value of the Car(2.36 lac) / Bike(0.45lac)/ Electric Scooty(0.55lac). This amount will be directly paid by DD to “Entertainment Network India Limited” along with copy of PAN CARD. This shall be the condition precedent without which the Prize shall not be handed over.
12. The winner undertakes to pay the differential amount of base price (Voucher Value) and on road price (like Insurance, registration, accessories, EWA, 0% Dep, GST & Other Taxes) of the car directly to the dealer post which the dealer will register the Car/ Bike/ Electric Scooty on the winner’s name.
13. ENIL provides the Prize "as is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize and ENIL or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the Product and Service Liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service or any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever.
14. For the Winner to be authorized by ENIL/Mirchi to drive the Vehicle; the Winner must hold a full clean current driving license and will need to produce the license on request by ENIL.
15. Winner will have to comply with any RTO formalities including payment of Road Tax or any other tax /cess or levy in respect of the Prize.
16. Winner will be responsible to fill fuel and purchase of any accessories.
17. ENIL does not guarantee the color of the Prize and will be subject to availability. Winner will not be given any color preference.
18. As stated, aforesaid the Prize offered in this Contest are subject to availability. ENIL reserves the right to provide alternate models or brands or models with the same value or of any lesser value nearest to the said value of the Prize. Also, no request for any upgradation in the prize offered shall be entertained by ENIL.
19. The responsibility of registration of the Prize vehicle shall be that of the Winner.
20. Minors below the age of 18 years are entitled to participate in the Contest. However, in the event that a minor below the age of 18 years participates and wins in the Contest he/she shall not be entitled to the Prize unless,

he/she is represented by the parent/guardian, and the parent/guardian completes all necessary formalities on his/her behalf.
21. If the Winner does not collect the Prize, in case they are required to collect the prize as mentioned herein above for a period of one month from the date when she/he was intimated, the prize shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse without further notice in this regard.
22. ENIL reserves its right to select and declare or not to declare the Prize winner if number of Entries submitted for the Contest is not up to the satisfaction of ENIL. Decision of ENIL in this regard is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
23. ENIL is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered under these Terms and Conditions.
24. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant ENIL exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that ENIL may disclose personal information obtained from Participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
