Natural Bridge at Yoho National Park is an impressive natural rock formation that span the flow of the Kicking horse River west of Field, where the slower-moving waters from the field valley flats begin their descent through a canyon to be joined by the Amiskwi River. It’s sculpted by the erosive forces of water over what had been a waterfall. It’s a powerful reminder of how much influence water has in shaping the landscape.

Eat healthy!

I love making these Sushi Bowl/Poke bowl one of my favorite. It’s healthy and so easy to make. Just Pick and choose your preferred ingredients sky is the limit.

Base - lettuce or mixed greens, sushi rice(you can add furikake for added flavor), brown rice, quinoa.
Protein - salmon (cooked or raw sushi grade), raw tuna, or tofu.
vegetable - edamame, carrots, cucumber, mango, kimchi, pickled ginger, avocado, onion, radish, scallion,
Toppings - cream cheese, seaweed wrapper, fried onion, sesame seeds.
Sauce - teriyaki, sriracha mayo

Emerald Lake is a freshwater lake located in Yoho National Park, British Columbia, Canada. It’s accessible and few steps away from the parking lot.

One of my favorite. Its short walk to the falls mostly flat only after you crossed the bridge and you get close to the falls that’s when there’s an incline.

Takakkaw Falls is a waterfall located in Yoho National Park, near Field, British Columbia in Canada. The falls have a total height of 373 metres, making them the second tallest waterfall in Canada. The main drop of the waterfall has a height of 254 metres. "Takakkaw" translates to "magnificent” in Cree.
