Overwhelmed with biz owner guilt? 🍑

✨ YOU ARE NOT ALONE ✨

…Unfortunately it is quite common as business owners to feel a sense of guilt when taking time away. Whether that’s for a midweek lunch with a friend, a weekend away to reset or simply finishing early as you have completed all your tasks.

To be honest with you, I struggle with it too. Especially since being a mum.

BUT, we can work on this and find a way to overcome these horrible feelings. At the end of the day we are our own boss and we need to set the boundaries and enforce positive habits.

How to overcome it:
🌟 Accept the way you are feeling instead of being in denial about it.
🌟 Stop setting unrealistic expectations on yourself so you can make positive changes.
🌟 Connect and talk with other business owners who can relate.

I promise it will get easier! Remember having a healthy balance is GOOD. Hustle culture is NOT good. Work out a weekly routine that suits you and your lifestyle 💛
