Annapolis Royal Firefighters along with multiple mutual aid departments responded to a commercial structure fire at the former Upper Clements Park Site early this morning. The former parks iconic Haunted House was totally destroyed in this fire.

New Minas firefighters responded to a possible electrical fire at a residential apartment building Friday evening. Upon arrival multiple small fires were found in the attic space and mutual aid from Kentville was requested.
Wolfville Firefighters along with crews from Kings County Hazmat and EHS responded to a refrigerant gas leak at the Independent Grocer in Wolfville this morning.
There were no injuries reported, however 4 employees were assessed by EHS as a precaution and were not transported.
Brooklyn Volunteer Firefighters along with multiple mutual aid departments and agencies responded to a commercial structure fire in Garlands Crossing Late Friday Night.
Update: Sweeper was on scene roughly an hour ago and cleared most of the debris.
Caution to all drivers at the lights in South Berwick looks like a haul truck lost some gravel and its all over the road. Police are on scene for traffic.
Kingston, Middleton, Nictaux and Aylesford Firefighters along with RCMP responded to a commercial structure fire in the early morning hours of September 4,2022 in Wilmot. The self storage building was heavily damaged and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Search and Rescue Crews from 3 counties along with RCMP, RCMP Dog Services, EHS and a Helicopter from DNRR assisted with a search yesterday at the Annapolis Valley First Nation in Cambridge.
The missing person was unfortunately found deceased.

Kentville Firefighters were called to a smoke sighting in Lakeville this afternoon. DNRR was also requested to the scene. This incident turned out to be a control burn, and due to the high winds and it being a province wide restricted burn day the fire needed to be extinguished. A DNRR helicopter was requested due to the location of the fire. Kentville fire was released before the helicopter arrived keeping only a tanker on scene for a brief time while DNRR took over and extinguished the fire. Great work done by all!
Around 4pm on Canada Day Kentville Volunteer Firefighters were called to a commercial structure fire at Jason's Your Independent Grocer in Kentville. This prompted a massive response from across the Annapolis Valley.
Great Job done by all involved with this incident, and our thoughts go out to the firefighters that were taken to hospital, and especially the business owner and staff during this difficult time.
