Struggle of First Kok-Borok News Channel
Before the first Kok-borok news channel, the indigenous Tiprasa people always lived in fear & confusion. The fear of being harmed by other community either for speaking the truth or demanding the necessary rights, & the confusion of lack of knowledge of history, politics or personal rights.
It was the first Tiprasa news media movement started by a Single news Channel in 2014 by a single person Mr. Kamal Kalai & it's team as KOK-TRIPURA news channel. Taking the necessary support of Social media platforms such as YouTube & Facebook to reach every Tiprasa people's mind. There ideology to not only educate but also to increase the courage in the mind of every Tiprasa people's.
It was not easy for them to hold such a news channel and speak the truth against wrongdoing of other community, who holds the supreme power in the state. Even after the immense threat to harm physically given by other community and still Kok Tripura media continuing to work without any hesitation takes great courage.
Today the courage which we hold to speak the truth and fight against such wrongdoing of other community who hold such supreme power of the state, such source of courage has come from such a news media channel. For such reasons, we the Tiprasa should be grateful ...
