So undertake your daily activities knowing very well that you have a BIG GOD.

Become a top cream

To go to the top you need to be and do extraordinary.But to maintain at the top you need character.Superb personality.Thats why character /image came before dominion.

To become a top cream we need to make use of the talents,skills and gifts at our disposal maximumly.

Understand your strengths,weakness and your area of natural inclinations.
Refine your gifts,skills and talents before exposing them.

God will never expose you untill you are refined.For you to be refined ,two things must be undertaken.The children of Israel spent 40 years in the wilderness a journey that could have taken two to three weeks.Reason, refinery.God wanted them to be refined and build a character that was ready for glory.Preparation precede glory.Work on your image.

You must be available
You must be ready.
If you spend 1 hour each day for the next 5 years refining on one subject ,eventually people will call you a genius.You will have been mastered your art to a level of an expert.Practice makes perfect.Practice brings expertise.Practice brings competency.

Swing into action.

All leaders are masters of consistent action,masters of consistency and persistency.Successful and great people are those who swing into action even when all odds are against them.They always have a headstart in the right direction.

Once you get started ,every next step or move will only become easier and easier not because you will encounter smaller obstacles but because your confidence and your sense of direction will have been established.

Push the limits of endurance.In other words allow your adrenaline to rise to the level of action.Your nerve energy and synergies must be activated.Here the Adversity Quotient/Intelligence is the difference.Adversity intelligence is the ability to perform excellently well under very difficult environment and situations.Push the limits of your body through persistent effort.

The quality of your dreams dictate the quality of your work and your results.Those who dream by night in the dirty recesses of their minds,wake up in the day to find that it was vanity,but true dreamers are dangerous men for they will act on their dreams with open eyes,to make their dreams a reality.

Dreaming constructs your mind frame.It is the skeleton upon which you add the flesh .This is your action plan.Working passionately is about doing that thing even when there is no enthusiasm and motivation to fuel you.

Achievement is that dedication of not skipping training sessions,despite inconveniences,boredom and lack of clarity.Passion is a choice.Standing alone is the ability to bite your lips and still do the work when it's circumstances don't favour you at all.There is always a disconnect between the will ,passion and purpose and a failure.Failures are people full of ignorance and people who inhibit their full potential.

Adherents of working hard and taking responsibilities are the ones who establishes the true Champions in them and in others.This is what being a professional means. Become an object in motion.Do something.Use

MANAGEMENT IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.
Management is the primary goal of mankind.When you fail to manage you lose.Don't pray for what you can 't manage.God will trust you on what you can manage.God will not release what you pray for but what you can manage.From today, base your prayer request on what you can manage.Management should be the bench mark of your prayers.
Efficient management attract resources.You were created as a response to God's problem/need. that He needed it solved only by you.If you can't be trusted on little how can you be trusted with more.
You are an assignment in your generation.You were not born to pay bills and die prematurely.God will prevent things from you if you can't manage them properly.If you can't manage a motorcycle how do you think God will react when you pray for a car.Your guess is as good as mine.
He checks management before he releases resources. Management is more important than prayers.The reason why some people will stagnate all their lives is because they can't manage other people's job and properties effectively.Spending your bosses money unwisely and exorbitantly.If you are such a person.God will make sure you will never own your own enterprise or a company.You were born to solve a problem in your generation.
I invite you to soldier on and become a good Resource manager and God will reward you abundantly and wholesomely.Thank you.
