You can be a billionaire but you can never pay back the favors upon you by your mother. Love your parents, you owe them a lot. you never prayed to have them but they may have prayed to have you. Mother greatest gift of ALLAH.

ধীরে ধীরে বাড়তে শুরু করছে শীত। আর এই শীতকালে আমরা যারা করোনা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ বা জনবহুল স্থানে প্রতিনিয়ত যাচ্ছি তাদের প্রায় সবার মনেই কিছু প্রশ্ন ঘোরাঘুরি করছে। যেমন-
❓প্রতিদিন বাইরে থেকে এসে ভারি পোষাকগুলোর কি করবো?
❓রোজ সাবান পানি দিয়ে ধুবো?
❓ যদি ধুতে না পারি কিভাবে পোষাক ভাইরাস মুক্ত করব??

🚩এ প্রসঙ্গে বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলছেন, কাপড়ের ওপর করোনা ভাইরাস কতক্ষণ বেঁচে থাকতে পারে সে ব্যপারে কোন তথ্য বা উপাত্ত এখনো পাওয়া যায় নি।
তবে ব্যবহৃত শীতের পেষাক সাবান পানিতে ধোবার ব্যবস্থা না থাকলে, পোষাকটি পুনরায় ব্যবহার করার ক্ষেত্রে অন্তত 7️⃣2️⃣ ঘন্টা অপেক্ষা করা ভাল।
🔴 আর একটি ব্যাপার, করোনাকালে বাইরে থেকে এসেই গোসল করাটা অত্যন্ত জরুরী। তবে শীতের দিনে ঠান্ডার ধাত বা পরিস্থিতি অনুকূলে না থাকলে শরীরের উন্মুক্ত স্থানগুলো খুব ভালোভাবে জীবানুমুক্ত করতে হবে।
সুস্থ থাকুন, ঘরের বাইরে অবশ্যই মাস্ক ব্যবহার করুন।

Today is a new day and it brings with it a new set of opportunities for me to act on.
I am attentive to the opportunities and I seize them as they arise. I have full confidence in myself and my abilities. I can do all things that I commit myself to. No obstacle is too big or too difficult for me to handle because what lies inside me is greater than what lies ahead of me.
I am committed to improving myself and I am getting better daily. I am not held back by regret or mistakes from the past. I am moving forward daily.
