It was an incredibly dark time that still plagues him. He opens up about trying to heal in our latest podcast and how he’s addressed his own mental health throughout the years. A difficult listen at times, but an important lesson. 🧠

Hey guys, we just wanted to provide an update on the funds raised via our GoFundMe for the people of the SEQ and Northern Rivers communities affected by the floods.

Firstly, a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated in one way or another, the generosity of everyone was unbelievable. The amount of clothing, furniture, appliances and everything in between that was donated was incredible, we are still taking loads down to the communities to this day.

Overall we managed to raise $4000 via the GoFundMe which is massive. Whether you were able to donate 5c or $1000 your generosity is greatly appreciated and has made a positive contribution to help get these communities back on their feet.

We wished to distribute the money personally to ensure that every cent possible found it's way to those in need. So a few weeks ago and his partner went and spent the entire $3903 ($97 GoFundMe fee taken) on $100 and $50 Visa gift cards to be distributed. The idea behind the gift cards was to allow those who received them to have the freedom to spend it on the items they needed most.

They then travelled door to door through the heavily affected streets and (predominantly) caravan parks of Chinderah near Kingscliff, NSW and distributed the gift cards to those in need.

Once again we are not posting this for accolades or attention but solely to provide an update to those who donated on how their money & other donations have been distributed.

Thank you so much to everyone who contributed in some way, shape or form you have no idea how much your selflessness has assisted those in need. 🙏🏽🤍

Absolute chaos being caused at the moment by 😱

sat down with the Sharks star recently for .

He talks about how his own arrogance led to his sacking at South Sydney.

His time as a garbage man and the guilt he felt not being able to support his family and six siblings.

He’s softly spoken but very honest about his own flaws and how he turned them around to revive his footy career at Cronulla! 🦈

A lot of people are quick to judge Latrell, without even knowing who Latrell truly is! Fact of the matter is, Rugby League is a physical, tough and demanding sport, where some players get it right most weeks, and some make mistakes! Mistakes don’t define who we are, it’s the way we bounce back and make good those wrongs, with kindness, love and respect!

Most of the time the cameras and the media are never around to capture these kind of stories that don’t sell newspapers, but every now and then one of those good news stories rise to the surface!

You don’t have to be a fan of Latrell’s because he’s aggressive on the field, tells it how it is, or stands up for who he is, but I am a huge fan of Latrell’s because what I see him doing off the field makes me a fan first and foremost, and how a young man of his age and stature can dominate most situations and change a game at the drop hat, makes him very special in my eyes on it.

Some people will dislike a person without even getting to know them, only because someone else they know has a bad opinion of that person. My advice to others is to choose how you see a person through your own interactions with that person first, rather than the reactions of other peoples opinions, because chances are you just may realise that the person you were influenced to dislike, is actually very likeable, you just needed to find that out for yourself!

Hard to believe it’s been two years today since our first ever episode. Still pinching ourselves about how far the show has come in such a short time. 🤯

Thank you to everyone who has listened and supported us in any way, shape or form and a huge thank you to all of our guests over the years. 🙏🏽

Plenty more to come. Stay tuned 🎧

We’ve been debating lately and we want your opinion… 🤔

Who do you think is the most recognisable athlete on earth? 👀

If you showed a headshot (just a headshot- no uniform/equipment) to every single person on the planet (all ages/ races/ backgrounds) who would be recognised the most?

One of the baddest men on the planet Tai Tuivasa stopped by for a chat today! 🌏

We talk about his rapid rise through the UFC heavyweight ranks and his desire to be a world champ. 🥇

Tai is unapologetically himself and is brutally honest. We talk about the tough times growing up in Western Sydney and how he turned around a potential life of crime to be one of the most popular athletes in the world.

He strives to be a role model for underprivileged kids like himself, teaching them to appreciate what they have… while also never settling for it if you have big dreams.

He talks his wild and brutal footy career, his secret swimming talents and even locked himself into a $1000 bet with plus plenty more. Check it out. 💰🏊🏽‍♂️

The recent weather events wreaking havoc across South-East QLD and Northern NSW have had devastating effects on the people and businesses in these communities. 🙏

Having lived on the Gold Coast for the majority of our lives we have seen loved ones, friends, colleagues and those who make these communities some of the best in the world and why we are so proud to call them home, lose everything.

We have created this Go Fund Me campaign to utilise in conjunction with our platform to raise awareness and much needed funds for the members of these communities to get back on their feet following this disaster.

All of the funds donated will either be passed on directly to those affected or given to a reputable, transparent organisation who can ensure the funds are distributed effectively to those in need.

All contributions are greatly appreciated no matter how big or small and will all go a long way to getting these communities back on their feet. 🤍

It was an honour and a real career highlight to sit down with one of the G.O.A.Ts of the and talk about absolutely everything!! We chat about his stints in rehab and his on-going battle with bi-polar; how his is helping to change the mental health outcomes for other young men, we talk hanging up on Russell Crowe twice 🐰 , sharing the 2014 GF win with one of his idols Cathy Freeman 🖤💛❤️ Plus how he almost played AFL for Essendon and SO SO much more !!!

I’ve watched a lot of G.I interviews over the years and I honestly don’t think I’ve seen him so raw but also so relaxed, entertaining and at peace.

We welcome the announcement of the successful negotiations with Harold Thomas in respect to resolving the issues of wider use of the Flag by our communities.

We acknowledge the sensitivities of those discussions and congratulate Minister Wyatt on securing a negotiated outcome.

NAIDOC and the Aboriginal Flag share a strong bond as it was first flown on National Aborigines Day (the forerunner of NAIDOC WEEK) in Adelaide in 1971.

The nomination that royalties that the Commonwealth receives from Flagworld’s sale of the flag will be directed to the ongoing work of NAIDOC is also warmly welcomed and hopefully adds to the greater reach of the NAIDOC grants each year.

We also look forward to the Flag's Copyright eventually being invested with an Indigenous entity
