Tried making some soft boiled ramen eggs turned out a bit over cooked, but the flavor of the mariade is good 😋, next time I'll cook it for less time.

Also tried some seaweed with it and let me tell you, you can definitely taste the sea 😂

Tried making fresh pappardelle pasta and they turned out really good, although my attempt at pesto was a fail 😅
Turns out you need a lot and i mean A LOT!! of basil to make it that bright green. Ended up with a garlic paste with some basil, but in the end it tasted good and that's what's important.

I made just one serving of pasta by mixing 3/4 of a cup of flour with one whole egg, kneading it, resting it then cutting it.

This was something I've always wanted to try and hope I'll get better at it eventually 😄.

Omelette souffle 😋

So today I finally tried making one of the recipes I've always wanted to make, and it was amazing.
The omelette was so fluffy and airy it even juggles 😂.
It was a good first try and maybe I'll film it in the near future.

Simple Italian pasta with tomatoes and garlic 😋

This was my first time trying to make a pasta dish and i can confidently say that it tasted good, but there were some things I'm gonna need to work on.
I don't even know if this dish has a name but I'm glad i tried it.

Just a simple eggs and potatoes 🥚🥔🔥😋

2 thinly sliced potatoes arranged in a spiral and fried in some olive oil on low heat with salt, pepper, chill flakes and Cajun.

I was hoping that when I flipped it the spiral would be more pronounced, but I'll try experimenting more next time.

As for the taste it was really good and the chilli flakes gave it a subtle kick 😋.

Had half an avocado so i tried making some guacamole, then said why don't i just make a burger. You know a normal thought process 😂😅

I'm thinking of doing a small series of short videos giving a few tips on how to elevate the your burgers, this one was just a test for these tips to see if they're good 😄

This was probably one of the best things i ever made 🔥
It's egg drop soup and the soup is made from instant ramen broth and it turned out unexpectedly delicious 😋

It's made by dropping lightly beaten beaten eggs in a soup that is still spinning from being stirred on a low heat (the faster its stirred the more egg wisps you'll get), and i of course added some soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil to the broth to add more flavor

It was inspired by video although he made the soup from scratch 😅
And I'll be making a video about it soon

This was one amazing soup if I do say so myself 😋😅
Although my plating needs alot of work 😂

This is just a chicken noodle soup with some sautéed onions and hotdogs, with a dash of soy sauce and harissa (a North African chilli paste)
And the egg is just for garnish 😅

A quick upgrade to instant ramen just by adding a few things to it 😋
A half boiled egg with some green onions and mortadella, let's not forget the cheese too.
And some other things not in the picture fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil added to the broth 💯💯😋

This was my first time trying an avocado, and let me say it was nothing like i expected it to be.
I always thought avocado's had this mind blowing flavor, but after trying it it turns out they don't have a really strong flavor but their texture and creaminess is the amazing part about them😋
When you eat it for the first time it feels like you're eating butter, it's a really rich and deep flavor
All in all i can see why people love them and I'll definitely make more videos with them in the future ( i have a couple coming soon 🤫)
